Each spacious room was carefully designed to deliver a luxury living experience, complemented with spa-stylings and thoughtful family friendly arrangements. The luscious warm colors of the six-bedroom (with four master-bedrooms) villa reflect the clean lines and motivated décor of a luxury resort.
Meant to be a home away from home, our Oasis was fully furnished with designer brand furniture in fall of 2009 and is complete with everything you might need. Just bring your clothes and yourselves and we’ll take care of the rest. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with a management company on hand to provide any additional services you might require during your visit.

| Deposit and Cancellation Policy
| 1. $300 security deposit at the reservation.
2. Check in/Check out: Check-in no earlier than 4pm and check-out no later than 10 am.
3. All holiday bookings must be a minimum of 7 days.
4. No pets, no smoking.
5. Renter must be 21 years old or above.
6. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If booking within six weeks of arrival, full payment is required upon signing of the rental agreement.
7. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or costs incurred and will be refunded approximately one to two weeks after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property managers.
Cancellation Policy:
a) The Renter may cancel the holiday booked at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or an email.
b) The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals canceled:
c) Over 90 days prior to check-in - $20 processing fee.
d) 60 to 90 days prior to check-in - deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year.
e) 30 to 60 days prior to check-in - 50% of rental.
f) Within 30 days of check-in - 100% of rental.
Note: We will not keep the deposit/rental fee with the exception of the $20 processing fee if the property can be re-rented. If the property is rented for a fraction of the original rental fee because it is posted as a late availability listing, a portion of the rent recovered will be refunded. Renters are advised to take out cancellation insurance. |
